Tree of Life Funerals
Tree of Life Funerals is led by Lauren Newman who brings many years' experience with a calm and loving approach. She is backed by a wealth of knowledge and a dedicated team of experienced local people.
Lauren lives in Catalina and looks forward to many years serving the people in the Eurobodalla. Lauren has worked as a nurse in Sydney, is an experienced Civil Marriage and Funeral Celebrant, a Funeral Director, and as an End of Life Doula, provides end of life planning, education and support for families and those left behind.
Tree of Life Funerals are a fully resourced funeral director service and offer all aspects of death, funeral and ceremonial care, including at-home after death care if that's your choice.
Lauren and her team work in partnership with Picaluna Beautiful Funerals. Picaluna is a community of like-minded people, helping families create more authentic, compassionate and affordable cremations, burials and memorials and the team here on the South Coast is expanding to provide you with even better service.

Picaluna felt that there was a much better way to conduct funerals and are changing the way funerals are done, for the better. This change is underpinned by their core purpose to help families and friends to honour, mourn, celebrate and start to heal.
The Picaluna partnership supports us in the logistics required to arrange and conduct a funeral. This allows us to spend more time with you, crafting and delivering personalised ceremony, authentic to the one you loved.

After death care
Did you know that after-death care and funerals can be legally held at home? We can assist you every step of the way with whatever suits your needs.
Cremation
Cremation is the choice of up to 70% of Australians. Tree of Life Funerals will assist you with all the arrangements during this very difficult time.
Burial
Burial is a traditional approach and the choice of an eco-friendly coffin or casket is a beautiful earth-friendly idea. There will soon be the option of a Natural Burial at Walawaani Way Conservation Burial in Bodalla.
